Coronavirus Precautions
At Harley Street Audiovestibular Clinic, we take Covid-19 safety extremely seriously for the well-being of our staff & patients. We understand that your medical needs require attention by our experts at an early stage in the safest possible setting. Our precautions outlined below go above & beyond the recommended guidelines to ensure the safest enviroment.
If you feel unwell before an appointment, please do let our admin team know and we will ensure to reschedule for an early appointment as soon as you are better.
Social Distancing
No more than one patient
We have staggered timings so that only one patient is seen at any one time ensuring adequate distancing is maintained at all times. We politely request that if possible, you attend alone unless support is essential.
Aprons
at all times
We will wear disposable aprons for examination & testing, that are regularly changed to prevent cross contamination.
Deep Cleaning
Building & Equipment
We have a comprehensive and regular decontamination protocol for all surfaces and equipment which are deep cleaned between each patient to ensure the safest possible care.
Temperature
All visitors temperatures are checked on arrival with our non-contact thermometer. If your temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees celsius, we regret that the appointment would have to be rescheduled.
Masks
We politely request masks are worn at all times. If required we can provide you one on arrival. All our clinicians will be wearing masks at all times. Clear masks are available if you are required to lip read.
Hand Sanitisation
Hand washing & alcohol gel facilities are available in all rooms. All our clincians regularly sanitise their hands and wear gloves for examination & testing.
